Yesterday I fell off the wagon and had half a gluten-free pepperoni pizza — Thinking since it was uncured pep it was not that bad, until I googled it ha ha I also had too many sweets.

So today I made a salmon loaf with leftover cabbage, mirepoix (WF frozen defrosted) some Trader Joe’s mashed potatoes. I added the usual eggs, mayo, bread crumbs, spices, couple splashes of Worcestershire, pressed garlic and a teaspoon of Dijon whole-grain mustard (a new item for me). It was delish. Tonight I had it a la carte but tomorrow when I reheated, I’ll eat with broccoli to make it more veg heavy.

    Didn’t measure anything sorry. Used a 15 ounce can of salmon and everything else was eyeballed.
