Used to buy the expensive stadium dogs until I realized I could grab bulk hot dogs from Costco at half the price and grill them at home. Been making Chicago-style with cheap yellow mustard and onions for years now. My kids stopped asking for the fancy ones after the first homemade batch.

All look delicious! Chili on a dog is a symphony. About to marinate my dogs in brown sugar, paprika, mirin, and soy sauce for the grill on Sunday. Should have got some pickles!
