open it immediately, test, and then buy them all if they are good

  2. TroutFearMe

    I hope you’re still at the store. That’s a no-brainer.

It’s Target reset season, everything they are cutting is mega clearance

edit: Check your Walmart’s too, it’s that season. And if your Wally has a full jewelry counter, check for 75% off 10kand 14k gold. Silver not worth more than melt even at 75% off, only the gold

Because it’s Target and not a lot of people buy their wines there.

  5. orcofmordor

Scoop as many of those as you can up. 100% steal.

Just opened this recently sooooo good, paid way more than $17.99! I paired it with bbq and it was killer!

  7. NeverFailBetaMale

Uhhhhhhhh I would probably buy that

  8. Acceptable-Studio486

That’s a helluva a price. Their rose which I have my eyes on is $35. $18 is a great deal!

Wine in Target? Man I hate living in Maryland sometimes…

Uh this is amazing wine. Layton Springs Zin is fantastic. Buy all of them, especially at that price. I bought the ’22 vintage at like $65 a bottle.

Ridge was one of the winners of the decision of Paris where American wines were finally recognized as being comparable if not better than French wines. Ridge is an amazing producer, and some say their zins are better than any else. Most known for thier Montebello wine which is like $1000 a bottle for certain vintages.

Dude… This is the best deal I’ve ever seen. Ridge is too good to be in a damn Target!!

The item is discontinued from that Target. They start at like 10% off on down to like 90% off the week before reset.

The wine is fine. Just doesn’t sell well.

  13. Constopolis

Hey where are you is this all Targets

  14. Kitkatcrusher

Oh I checked Reddit too late and left the target buying only one… I might go back and buy the last two on the shelf

  15. TelephoneNo7436

    Buy every bottle
    One of my favorites

  16. Totalnah

You see this wine at anything below full retail, you buy it. Even at full retail, still a great purchase.

2018 was an epic vintage with high yields and high quality across the board for Cali. Worth the risk

  18. WorrierPrince

I was just in Target looking at the wines and realized I missed a gold rush, tons of $40-$60 bottles all marked down to $10-$20. Of course all snapped up already. I would buy whatever they have!

  19. North_Key80

That price is less than my price directly from the distributor, amazing.

  20. Kitkatcrusher

Thanks everyone, I hope it’s a good wine… I had to pick up the kids from daycare, but stopped again at the same target and bought the last two bottles at the discounted price

  21. ExaminationFancy

2018 vintage – it’s 2026 and time to move that inventory.

  22. ChaloopaJonesFerk

Prob wasn’t selling well. Not surprised. As other people have said, I would buy them all

  23. I got some Justin Isosceles at Target on one of these crazy deals and it was perfectly fine. Not my normal style of wine but the price was too good to pass up.

  24. run_bolt

Buy them all!!! Even the not sale price is good.

  25. CallMeAl_

Target alcohol reset season, they have to be completed by the end of March so right now they are discontinuing their SKUs that aren’t in the new set

I work in category management. What is happening is this Target is having a reset soon; that means they change their assortment. They choose assortment based on their performance metrics and this bottle didn’t make the cut. It has no home on the shelf at the next reset, so they need it gone ASAP. You come in and buy it and they wash their hands of it
