People don’t talk about takeout disappointment enough.

A Crispy Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap is a classic in Boston and I’m starting to think they do it the best.

This is how I want my wrap but you tell me.. Team Crouton or No Crouton?

Crispy Chicken:
Chicken Cutlets
AP Flour
Egg
Organic Panko Breadcrumb
Salt Pepper
Avocado Oil

Caesar Dressing Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayo
3 garlic cloves, grated
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp water
Salt pepper

Wrap Composition:
Large Tortilla
Romaine lettuce
Freshly grated parmesan
Diced crispy chicken
Caesar Dressing

Instructions:
1. Pound chicken breast to an even thickness.
2. In a cast iron pan, add 1/4″ of avocado oil and bring to 375F using medium to low heat. You’ll when it’s hot enough by putting the handle of a wooden spoon and it starts to bubble.
3. Place the chicken breast away from you into the oil and let fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until desired golden brown.
4. Once cooked, place on a cooling rack and immediately season with salt and pepper.
5. Make your Caesar dressing by adding ingredients into a mason jar and mixing together with a spoon.
6. Chop some lettuce and add lettuce, parm, chicken and dressing and use tongs to combine.
7. Add everything to a large tortilla and fold into a wrap. Serve and enjoy!
