The marshmallow frosting was the best part! Here is how I made them! S’mores Cinnamon Rolls Dough • 1 1/4 cups warm milk • 1/2 cup sugar • 2 packets yeast • 1 tsp vanilla • 2 eggs + 1 egg yolk • 4 tbsp butter, melted • 3 3/4 cups bread flour, plus 2 tbsp • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs Filling • 1 stick butter, softened • 1 1/2 cups sugar • 1/4 cup cocoa powder • 3 tbsp cornstarch Add the warm milk, sugar, and yeast to a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes until foamy. Add in the vanilla, eggs, egg yolk, and melted butter and mix to combine. Add the flour and graham cracker crumbs and mix until a dough forms. Sprinkle the additional 2 tbs of flour onto your counter and then knead the dough for about 5 minutes. Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 45 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix together all filling ingredients. Roll the dough out into a rectangle and spread the chocolate sugar mixture evenly over the surface. Cut into 6 strips and roll each into a cinnamon roll. Place the rolls into a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Marshmallow Icing • 3 tbsp butter • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff • 1 cup powdered sugar • 3 tbsp heavy cream Mix all ingredients until light and fluffy. Spread over the warm rolls and finish with extra graham cracker crumbs on top.

  1. Ah yes… You can always spot a fellow New Englander when the tub of Fluff and bag of Market Basket flour come out. 😊

  2. Missed it a little , shaved chocolate and dash of grams on the marshmallow and then light torching on the marshmallows would have taken it up

  3. They look phenomenal! Just wondering…not about the S'more ones, but why don't you ever see Cinnamon rolls with currants/raisins and/or nuts, like they used to make them?

  4. Did you miss the cinnamon in the rolls? The recipe has the cocoa and sugar but I'm not sure if adding the cinnamon would be better or not. I'm making them either way. The marshmallow icing does look delicious.
