What’s inside:
• Green cabbage
• Ground beef (or chicken/lamb)
• Onion + garlic
• Optional carrots
• Tomato sauce
• Fresh lemon juice
• Parsley

How to make it:
– Sauté onion (and carrots) in olive oil
– Add garlic + ground meat → cook through
– Stir in tomatoes → simmer till thick
– Add sliced cabbage in batches
– Cook till cabbage softens

  2. It’s delicious and healthy. I remember back in the day Weight Watchers published the same recipe, only using tomato soup instead of sauce. Your recipe is much better because of the sauce👍
