
Thanks for the feedback on my breakfast yesterday! Same thing with some of the additions recommended. 1/2 multigrain English muffin, mashed avocado, handful of super greens (spinach arugula chard), topped with an over easy egg and a side of riced cauliflower and sweet potato! Filling and delish!

Do you get the riced cauliflower and sweet potato together pre made or make it yourself?
Nice glass of squeezed orange juice would go well! Nice plate of food you got there. Poaching the egg would be healthier, grilled tomatoes could go well with this too, or roast cherry tomatoes on the vine with some balsamic vinegar.
