So i am starting some cayenne and kapia pepper seed, its been 14 days but they sprouted weirdly. The individual seeds i planted in egg dips did not surface but only the ones i threw randomly in the undivided part srung up in a clump. Im guessing that part of the tray had more moisture somehow.
My question is: Is there hope for all the other seeds? Keeping them moist and warm they too could still sprout righy? 😭

A makeshift humidity dome would help
I would give them another week. Depending on what type of seeds you planted, superhot pepper seeds typically take longer to germinate. If they don’t sprout in another week, start over.
You can see the others coming up too. They come up sideways like that to escape the soil and they are often a little mangled looking afterwards. Peppers also grow and change slowly. I think these are all fine
I count 7 peppers in this photo already
Also I have had some of my peppers sprout 2 weeks after the rest of them even for the same seed pack in the same trays
I’d say give it more time.
Germination can be between 1-3 weeks.
For my brown jalapeños I had 5 out of 6 sprout and I figured good enough, that was about 7 days ago, yesterday the 6th one popped up.
Peppers are slow to germinate and slow to grow.
Alrighty, its my first time ill wait another week, thanks for the moral support everyone 🥲🫶🌸🌺
