My manager was crashing out because someone (me) labeled the grind size adjustment wrong and he couldn’t dial in during a rush.

Am I wrong? Are those not the universally correct directions to turn the adjustment dial to go finer or coarser?

Mfer really peeled off the Finer sticker and turned it upside down, thinking that’s correct.
