Chamoe (Korean melon) starting to appear on the main fruit displays at supermarkets in Korea.
It's usually thought of as a summer fruit, but the early-season chamoe right now is surprisingly good.
Crisp and lightly sweet.

Please try the seed part like OP. I’m not saying every Korean eats it but maybe 50/50. I love that part because it’s the sweetest part of the fruit. You gotta try it at least once to know whether you like it or not.
