This is the simple ranch dip formula using my homemade ranch packet blend. Creamy, tangy, and the flavor gets better after a short chill when the herbs hydrate. 🥣🌿
📌 Today’s Verse: “In all labor there is profit.” Proverbs 14:23
If you’ve been looking for an easy homemade ranch dip recipe, this is the quick ratio to save. One packet equivalent plus one tub of sour cream, then chill. Perfect for veggies, wings, pizza, fries, and game day snacks.
👨🍳 Ranch Dip
Servings: about 10 to 12
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Chill Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 32 minutes
🥣 Ingredients
Ranch packet blend 24 g (1 packet equivalent)
Sour cream 450 g (16 oz)
Optional: milk 15 g (1 tbsp) to loosen
🥄 Instructions
Mix ranch blend into sour cream until smooth.
Add milk if you want it thinner.
Chill 30 minutes.
💡 Pro Tips
• Chill time matters. The dried herbs hydrate and the ranch flavor rounds out.
• For a thicker dip, skip the milk. For a pourable dip, add milk a little at a time.
• Salt level depends on your ranch blend. Taste after chilling.
