I am gluten intolerant so I unfortunately cannot comfortably enjoy regular noodles anymore, but these were pretty decent. The broth was great, wouldn't take much to really kick it up a notch. Rich and creamy like good tonkotsu broth should be. Absolutely worth a buy to keep in your pantry.

Going to have to check my local Costco to see if they’ve got that broth in stock for my monthly trip next week. Currently I just make an imitation tonkotsu broth for my ramen, but it’d be really nice to have something like this easily on hand.
My Costco has the noodles but not the broth. Bummer, I’d really like to try that.

My favorite instant right now are the Momofuku shoyu and green onion noodles.
The sauce is so good! I’m going to have to reverse engineer it before I run out.

I’m also gluten intolerant and love lotus foods! They do a cup of noodles style as well but it’s not very good so I would def just stick to making your own ramen with the noodles
