
this whole plate is ~500 calories and totally stuffed after! could have reduced the calories more but I cooked the eggs in chilli oil.
clockwise from top: kimchi, roasted broccoli and mushrooms with hot sauce, 2 eggs + extra egg white scrambled in 1tsb chilli oil and scallion with smoked salmon fillet mixed in, radish and tomato dressed with red wine vinegar, cucumber rand celery w blue cheese dip (fat free cottage cheese + Roquefort+ a little lemon).
as a bonus the dip was leftover from yesterday and I had already logged the full portion so free calories!
