Crispy Hasselback Potato Wedges are about to become your new favorite side dish.
These potatoes are sliced so they fan out and get perfectly golden and crispy on the outside while staying soft and tender inside. My kids ask for these every time I make them.
Crispy Garlic Potato Wedges
• Whole potatoes, cut into wedges
• Butter
• Garlic
• Potato Slayer seasoning @FireSmokeSociety
Slice the wedges across using chopsticks as a guard so you don’t cut all the way through. Flip and slice diagonally to create the accordion effect.
Soak in water for 20 minutes to remove excess starch.
Coat with melted butter, garlic and seasoning.
Bake at 400°F for about 60 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Crispy outside. Soft inside. So good.
