Thought I'd do pit beef at home, a Baltimore MD staple. This is probably my favorite BBQ sandwich. Just a small bottom round roast. Typically topped with (Baltimore) tiger sauce, horse radish, and thinly sliced white onions.

hello from baltimore. most people don’t realize it but the crab cake sandwich is baltimore’s second place hometown sandwich. pit beef sandwich is first place. (though this may just be my opinion, :shrug:)
