Waste not, want not. Took another crack at homemade noodles. Everything else is built on leftovers from Indian takeout. Broth made by pressure cooking the bones from my half tandoori chicken (stained a bit red from the residual marinade/food coloring), seasoned with salt, MSG, a little turmeric, a pinch of asafoetida, and the remains of the sauce cup of tamarind chutney. A single malai kofta stolen from my wife's leftovers. The last of the mint chutney on top.
