    Ah, Heady Topper. Careful with those. My wife has always said it is dry hopped with mushrooms.

    I’m obsessed with that bread. I think it’s the most important part of a sandwich. Damn this thing looks good.

    As someone who worked at a sub shop while in college. I’ll rank what (IMO) is the most important when it comes to a solid sandwich/sub.

    1. The bread
    2. Quality cheese
    3. Condiments/sauce
    4. Fresh veggies
    5. The meat

    You can get the worst/cheapest cut of meat and it would taste awesome if the other 4 are legit stuff.
