

Got these from my seafood market today, I went for red snapper but these looked great. Grilled them over charcoal, took them off the shell after they popped open, kept as much liquor intact as possible, then tossed them back on and dripped a bunch of parmesan butter over the top until everything was all smokey and bubbling.
Respect to all my oyster eaters out there but if you post a bunch of oysters and all the liquor is drained out you've missed the best part
