She says the weirdest part of the sandwich is I butter the bread and don't toast it.

Didn’t let her tell you how to sandwich

I always butter all my sandwiches. Your sandwich looks pretty delicious actually but it definitely is on the weird side.

It is weird to me as well, but eat what you like.

Is there butter on the outside and the inside? Is there also mayo or just butter?

    She’s not wrong.

    But weird isn’t always bad.

It is a cheese and onion, a very popular combination! Although, how you have made it makes me wonder how you’re going to use it without chucking either cheese or spring onion around!

Jacques Pepin makes a fancy onion sandwich. Yours is the blue collar onion sandwich.

The weird part to me is that regardless of which half you decide to flip over onto the other, you’re going to lose a lot of the toppings and have to jam them in again.

Don’t yuck anyone’s yum, you know?

Cheese and onion sandwich is awesome. Especially with cheese and onion crisps added, too. So good. Chuck some ham slices in there and you’ve got everything covered

It’s weird, but I would lowkey try it not gonna lie 😂

  13. There is a famous James Beard sandwich which is basically this. Untoasted white bread, sliced raw onion, butter and parsley! You’re bougey and you know it

Yeah if that were toasted, it’d be 100% normal

Will still taste good, but try toasting it

But you put it on a pan and grill it, right? RIGHT?!
