The weird part to me is that regardless of which half you decide to flip over onto the other, you’re going to lose a lot of the toppings and have to jam them in again.

There is a famous James Beard sandwich which is basically this. Untoasted white bread, sliced raw onion, butter and parsley! You’re bougey and you know it
