  1. Don’t throw the skin away… cut it up with poultry shears, season it – salt, pepper, paprika & put in pan in 450° oven until super duper crispy (like pork rinds). YUM!

  2. 😋 Yum, I always use the celery leaves when I make chicken, tuna, ham and any other salad, yes, good flavor 😋

  3. Oh, I like it fancy! Lol oh I’ve got split chicken breast in the freezer. They are getting defrosted and then it is getting made.

  4. Love chicken salad, I also add dried cranberries and crushed walnuts that I grew! jk, I did not grow cranberries or nuts, but it makes a great addition to chicken salad!
