    Oh, thank God. You make a really nice toasty quesadilla, but I stared at your last post and thought “WHAT, no guac?”

    Consider some of that really choppy (almost pico de gallo style) salsa that comes in clear plastic tubs. It actually lasts a while in the fridge.
