What’s inside:
• Mediterranean sea bass (branzino)
• Olive oil
• Salt + pepper
• Fresh lemon juice
• Garlic + oregano
• Optional mustard for creamy ladolemono
How to make it:
– Score fish on both sides
– Drizzle with olive oil → season
– Roast at 400°F for 20 mins
– Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano (+ mustard)
– Pour ladolemono generously over fish
Serve with crusty bread and lemony roasted potatoes to soak up every drop 🍞✨
