In this video I’m making Greek Chicken Souvlaki marinated in Greek yogurt. The yogurt marinade keeps the chicken juicy, tender, and full of flavor. After marinating, I thread the chicken onto skewers and air fry it until golden and perfectly cooked.
This is Part 1 of my Greek bowl series, where I’ll be showing you how to build a delicious Greek-style bowl step by step. In the next video, I’ll show you the creamy sauce that pairs perfectly with this chicken.
Ingredients
• Chicken breast, cut into cubes
• ½ cup Greek yogurt
• 1–2 tbsp olive oil
• Juice of ½–1 lemon
• 2–3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp oregano
• Salt & black pepper
• Optional: paprika
Instructions
1. In a bowl mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
2. Add chicken and mix until fully coated.
3. Marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
4. Thread the chicken onto skewers.
5. Air fry at 380°F for about 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until cooked through.
