  8. Yay!πŸŽ‰ my crackling bread made another debut πŸ˜‚. Listen, I think, you called all of us out on the use of paprika. I use paprika, smoked paprika, and Hungarian paprika, but sparingly. When you dumped all of that Hungarian paprika in the rice, I was startled. Guess what? I'm going to try it though. I trust your amazing cooking abilities. Catfish is one of my favorite fish as well. I'm going to try the semolina mixture you used. I usually mix flour and meal or a fish fry mix with flour. Thanks again for all that you do.

  11. I stopped by to say thanks. I'm noticing a lot less traditional preparation of Southern cooking. There are variations, of course. We have Southern, and Delta with influence from various places. I'd hate for these wonderful recipes to become lost.
