After some time diving DEEP into the coffee scene I have upgraded from my barista express to this beast! I know it doesn’t have flow control like the Bianca, but this thing is sick. I am happy and wanted to share it here, still getting used to 58mm and the power of this steam wand, but it’s gonna be a staple in my home for a long time!

Great set up! If you look around you can find a flush drip tray cover. IMO, it looks amazing and well worth the money.
The silver is super clean
Kitchen seems a bit small. The coffee space needs to be larger and feature the coffee bags. I would buy another house.
Consider putting the grinder on the left side for a better workflow!

Yes they do. Just got the mazzer philos. An upgrade from the Baratza vario w+ grinder. Waiting on the bookoo scale and my endgame coffee bar is complete!

fun fact. “paper” cups are actually lined with plastic. when plastic heats up it emits microplastics. microplastics are being found in colon cancer.
