Sadly, no, they don’t like “good” decoration wise. You’ll wanna work on piping. But I’m sure they’re tasty!

It looks like you just scooped the icing on it and didn’t pipe it on. The muffins also look like there’s a lot of space between the cake and the top of the liner. You should fill the batter up higher. One of them looks like you only have half a muffin.

I’d say the look good enough to eat

It doesn’t look professional, but it looks tasty! What kind of frosting is it?

If you don’t want miles of buttercream on your cupcakes spreading is fine, just make sure you are cleaning your knife inbetween, dip it in warm water, and try to cover the cupcake a bit more evenly. I find if you twist the cupcake while you hold it with one hand, and spread in a circular pattern with the other it’s easier.
Make sure your cupcakes are cold, and your icing is a spreadable texture too.

this small amount of icing wouldn’t look as bad if all the cupcakes were uniform in size. focus on filling the cupcake liners so that all the cupcakes are equal. get a portion scoop to have an easier time filling the liners evenly.

Did you research before you started baking? You can’t just expect everyone to tell you how to do something simple. Not hating just confused why you keep asking about basic things when they’re easy to research yourself.
