In Central Texas (9a). Have grown for literally decades. Aside from pests and some early damping off over the years, I’ve rarely had disease issues.
I’m afraid my luck may’ve run out.
I have multiple starts that look like this now. They were all potted up about 10 days ago.
Any help for a save is appreciated.

Looks like edema. Do they have wet feet?
The blisters are a good sign of edema.

Thanks a bunch. I pulled all of my tomatoes out earlier today. Some outside. Some on the floor of the fireplace.
I think I’m gonna pull the peppers later today as well. Fingers crossed they’re salvageable. Was planning on putting them in the ground this weekend after the two 40-degree nights this week.
If I remember, I’ll update here!
As others have said, it’s edema. There’s a video by Garden Fundamentals that explains this very well.

A bit of edema. Trim off the bottom leaves and they will generally recover fine once you transplant them.
