    It might be certified angus, but it’s not graded. So it is probably select. Google “marinating select beef” to finds way to prepare.

    London broil that some didnt follow the cutting against the grain, also its towards the end of the piece.

    Ask them to add some fat and grind it up for burgers… Prolly cheaper than ground round.
