Quesadilla was excellent. I LOVED the mandarin salsa so much. The salmon tacos were soo good too. I made a previous post about another fish/slaw meal that I gave 1 ⭐️ but I hate tilapia and that slaw was 50% carrot 50% purple cabbage. For all the people on that post confused saying “when Cole slaw is just cabbage and carrot what do you mean?” It’s about the ratio!!!! The slaw in this salmon taco meal ratio was perfect. 75% green cabbage, 12.5% red cabbage, 12.5% carrot.

Is that the Southwest Chicken quesadilla? It went over well here too! I think adding the water at the end was a mistake for me. It didn’t evaporate and it seemed to wash off the seasoning, but still good.
