
Tonight’s dinner is goulash with a slice of bread topped with some incredible cherry jam and Saint Angel triple creme Brie I was lucky enough to score with a $5 gift card from my work.
This dinner felt like just what I needed after a long shift.

Recipe:
Cook ground beef with the following
– garlic powder
– onion powder
– smoked or regular paprika
– salt
Once meat is almost cooked through, add the following:
– onion slices
– canned corn
– chopped carrots
– chopped cabbage
– add additional spices from the ones used above
Once vegetables get a nice color to them
– add water mixed with powdered beef stock
– add canned fire roasted tomatoes
– add canned corn (yellow is great go get a little sweet note)
Bring to a boil and turn to a simmer and let sit till vegetables are cooked throughout.
Boil noodles separately and set aside
At the very end, mix the noodles with the other ingredients and serve.
All spices added are dependent on preference.
(Sometimes I add feta to the top!)
