Hi Moribyan. This looks insanely good. Can't wait to make it. I know you like different kinds of beans and lentils. Can you please develop a good recipe for lentil rice or brown rice loaf. I miss the Morning Star lentil rice loaf . It was so amazing. They used egg whites as one of the binders. I wish they would bring it back. Anyway I would put your sauce you made for this ratatouille on the top of the lentil loaf. Perfect.
