Just in time for Lent, STK Nashville offers a lavish seafood menu that gives Fish Friday a glamorous twist. The limited-time “Bounty of the Seven Seas” runs through April 5, presenting indulgent coastal dishes in the brand’s signature high-energy steakhouse setting.
While many Lent menus lean toward simple fried fish, STK’s version caters to diners who prefer their seafood with a side of luxury. Starters include Keluga caviar with blinis, cheekily dubbed Caviar Kisses, and a decadent King Crab Fondue served with truffle Point Reyes Toma.
The entrée lineup continues the upscale theme. Guests can choose a Colossal Lobster Tail paired with garlic-chili butter and mac and cheese, or a delicate swordfish with lemon-basil sauce. Other highlights include salmon in a bag — baked in parchment with leeks, cabbage, mushrooms, white wine, and cream — along with cold water lobster fried rice topped with a fried egg, sesame seeds, and spicy mayo, and a broiled branzino served with jasmine coriander rice, garden vegetables, and lemon olive oil.
The menu nods to the Feast of the Seven Fishes. This Italian-American Christmas Eve tradition dates back to Southern Italy’s Roman Catholic practice of abstaining from meat before major holy days. Families celebrated with a multi-course seafood meal—often featuring seven different fish—that symbolized religious observance and abundance.
While STK’s version arrives during Lent rather than Christmas Eve, the spirit is similar: honoring seafood traditions while elevating them for modern diners.
Located in The Gulch, STK Nashville is open daily with extended weekend hours. More information and reservations are available at stksteakhouse.com.
