Traegerites! I am new to the Traegerhood, joined March 2. Woodridge Basic. This is my 4th smoke, having already cooked up some wings, a spatchcock chicken, and some Waygu. All were fantastic. Today, the pork loin was on the menu.
Mustard binder. Pork rub seasoning recipe from chilipeppermadness.com (Mike!). 5 hours at 185, last 30 minutes at 350, cooked to Internal of 145-150. Rested about 45 minutes.
Delicious, as one would expect.

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!
*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?
