Turkey Division is just pre prepped 99% ground turkey with Italian seasonings and a lil negligible onion. Season with garlic onion salt pepper and soy sauce red pepper flakes. I prob put more like 20 g soy though. Top with sauces of choice.

Took 45 min to eat the whole thing with chopsticks. The KEY is the coleslaw and cauli rice COMBO. Just put it on the pan and cook with some water and cover. You will be monching for a very long time and wonder how the hell youre going to finish it. Honestly it’s the best blank base to experiment with spices and sauces.

I prepped the squash already in the air fryer for the week.

Looks so good! I do a similar thing with spicy canned tuna and lots of veggies

  2. Damn that’s some good looking voluminous slop!

Yum. I do a similar thing with cauliflower, rice, shredded carrot and edamame.

LOVE that BBQ sauce (I use some of their other sugar free sauces too) and actually beans and onions chilling in it right now for dinner later.
