I'm not crazy about cinnamon (sacrilege I know). But I do love raisins. I'd just go easy on the cinnamon to adjust to my taste. 🙂

Your bread looks amazing. I don't have stone mill flour. Could I use wheat flour from the grocery store by itself, or a mixture of wheat and bread flour, or just bread flour by itself?

I'd love to be able to keep it out but I haven't found a way that doesn't make me turn it into croutons lol. And when I slice and freeze it, I wind up with wet areas of condensation or something??
