  1. I tried IT with a can DON'T try that they don't hold their shape they will Melt IT really IS a huge mess. My Kitchen smelled awesome though. 😅

  2. When I was a kid (born in 94) I grew up listening to American TV and movies mocking Lebanon, saying that their people were starving and extremely skinny… I say this, because now I want to ask… WHY? Lol, Why did American media push this narrative?!

  3. Authentic falafel comes from Egypt, in Coptic Egyptian language falafel means lots of beans (facabeans) and so it’s made of beans. This is the lebanese one not « the authentic falafel »

  4. Please show us how to make all the pickled vegetables you’ve added to the wrap! Assuming you make those too! Lebanese style please 🙏🏾

  5. That looks delicious, question the baking and air frying do they get the same crispness as the fried ones and is it the same recipe or you change something?

  6. It's been so long since I made some. I've just started rehydrating my peas, and now I have to wait for tomorrow 😋

  7. Yumna❤ would have appreciated at least the mention of the war your country Lebanon is going through, or at least the respect of not doing a Lebanese dish at this moment… acting like nothing is going on is just…

  8. I agree, there is a time and a place for canned chickpeas and good uses of the aquafaba, particularly for vegans. If you're going to take the time to make falafel and fry them in oil, you're already putting in time and work, might as well use quality chickpeas.

  9. I just made this today, and it was a huge surprise. The last time I made Falafel, it was flooding in the oil in pieces 😅😂. However, I ended up adding a little bit of cornstarch because it was too wet for me. Otherwise, it was delicious. Thanks for the recipe.
