The ragu looks great. One tip. Don’t put it on top but toss it in a heated pan with the pasta (better some thicker one like tagliatelle, pappardelle, rigatoni, or whatever).

A thick ragu is usually served with a thicker long pasta such as tagliatelle or a shaped pasta like rigatoni or conchigle.
