3:00 she literally describ3led the cookie ingredients then later tastes it and says, like she is surprised it has the same ingredients she said it has earlier. What is going on here? Tons of talking just for a 2 ingredient receipe. My God! I thought I was never going to get to the end. Jeez! Make the receipe and move on. She likes to hear herself talk about things that have NOTHING to do with the video subject. How did we get to oreos when you have a recipe that doesn't included oreos. This video just made me angry and frutrated yelling at her to get on with it.
Why don't people know you have to mix some sweetener and vanilla in with the yogurt before you insert the cookies?
If you have been on a serious calorie deficit for many weeks (as I have) and you need a sweet treat that hits the macros and doesnโt break the calorie bank, this really comes close. But obviously, if you have the average palate and youโre not in a deficit, this will seem less like a treat. It works for me!
It's an oldschool ice box cake using yogurt instead of whipped cream or cool whip. ๐
I made this with Cabot vanilla Greek yogurt and cream cheese and it was delicious!
If you used Vanilla yogurt it would taste better
You NEEDED to use WHOLE MILK Greek yogurt.! ๐คฆโโ๏ธthat would fix you CHEESECAKE taste, instead of adding cream cheese.
I made mine with shortbread cookies and flavored the nonfat Greek yogurt and low cal cream cheese blend first with splenda and vanilla extract. It was so good that I immediately made another for tomorrow! I'm going to try with graham crackers next (trying to make it healthier so I can eat it for breakfast lol).
You americans have something with dipping ๐ if it's not dipping then it's not good
I cant believe my favorite cookie is discontinued! They were the best I would just eat them as is! I also make them homemade easy food cookie
Try the normal Oreo cookies
I used Cool Whip, and to me it was absolutely delicious
So many thoughts all at the same time!!!
It reminds me of the icebox cakes we used to make with whipped cream and chocolate cookie wafers.
Wondering if greek sour cream could be used instead of the yogurt.
Do you think it would be ok to add stevia to it to sweeten it up?
Watched this a few days ago and was fascinated. But no Biscoff for me as I am gluten free. But I do have Gluten free Oreos! So, I got out a 2 cup pyrex glass bowl thing, and put about a cup and a half of Plain Greek yogurt in it. I decided to add a little bit of sugar and a little bit of vanilla. Stirred that together then smoothed out the yogurt. I took apart a bunch of Gluten Free Oreos, I didnโt count but I left about 1/4 inch between the cookies. I scraped off the crรจme filling, but might leave it next time. I pushed the cookies into the yogurt evenly spaced and then smoothed the yogurt over the top, as it had gotten pushed up between the cookies. Then I covered it and put it in the frig overnight. In the mid morning I tested it, and it was definitely decent. I put it back in the frig until 24 hours total had passed. THAT was the magic timing. The cookies were completely soft and pretty much a thick liquid, while the yogurt had thickened significantly. It could be sweeter , but I enjoyed it. In fact I finished it a few minutes ago and I am quite stuffed. I might try leaving the cram on the cookies next time. I also suggest more sugar and more vanilla. I might even try vanilla Oreos. Iโm eager to try lemon cookies or vanilla cookies with lemon flavor in the yogurt. It is an easy and safe dessert for me, despite the fact that it isnโt really cheesecake. I do have a cheesecake recipe make with strained yogurt, but it is much like making regular cheesecake. This one is short and sweet.
Could u make cheesecake graham crust with some smashed whoppers(malt candy)?
Also wanted to recognize I love the hoodie!
instead of putting the cheesecake on top of your cookie, you could try crumbling some fresh ones on top of it. kinda like a tiramisu. ๐
mmhm and stinkin cute
I did the Biscoff cookie w/ a honey Greek yogurt and I sprinkled coconut and chopped walnuts on top and placed it in fridge it was delicious It got better the longer it was in the fridge
I finally made this after seeing it everywhere. I added zero sugar cheesecake jello mix into plain Greek yogurt…sooo good! Made it with biscoff but will make it with oreos next!
I made a similar thing with graham crackers and spice brown sugar in vanilla yogurt and it was amazing I could not find Biscoff but I am going to try gingersnaps next time
I love it as a dessert. However, I do make a few changes. In Germany, I use quark (it's similar to Greek yogurt but with significantly more fat). I add a teaspoon of vanilla sugar to 250g and stir it until smooth. Then, as usual, I add the biscuits and let them soak. Before serving, I top it all with a layer of Biscoff cream. Soooooo delicious!
I don't understand adding more high calorie cookies to this. Why not add some sugar to it and fewer cookies? Bet it would taste much better.
This a just a version of an ice box cake. Which I think you've done? ๐
Lots of calories in those cookies!
Great recipe and I love the timely sweatshirt. Thanks!
Interesting perspective and video. I liked this. Thank you.
I prefer ratio vanilla yogurt tastes exactly like cheesecake to me
Did u guys see that when u hit the like it shows a fork and spoon?
Gingerbread men, and drizzle honey into the yoghurt
Hey, lady!.. "Fancy a cuppa?" ๐๐๐
I used the tub of Philadelphia cheesecake filling. Put the cookies in like you did, then put strawberry pie filling on top, drizzled with the biscoff cookie butter! DELISH!!!!
Speculaas/speculoos = biscoff, they rebranded to make it more international ๐
its just mostly yogurt with a cookie in it. tastes NOTHING like cheesecake if thats what u are really craving
Oh no ๐ฌ plz donโt chew so close to your mic ๐ฎ
This reminds me of a thing we do in my home country, where we break up sweet biscuits in plain yogurt.

I gasped out loud with shock when you said those Famous Chocolate Wafer Cookies have been discontinued. In the 70's my Mom used to make a dessert with them sort of like this "cheesecake" dessert. The chocolate wafer cookies with whipped cream in between, in a long log shape, then frosted all over with more whipped cream and refrigerated for a few hours. With chocolate sprinkles all over it. I make it every few years, but I guess not anymore!
