Picked this up for $3. Has a nice kick and has like a worcestershire sauce aroma.

It’s spicy as heck but so good
Edit: actually never tried the dry I thought it was the wet marinade..
dontberidiculousfool
It’s excellent but more a marinade/seasoning.
Bethkitten97
Oh yes it’s great I buy it all the time
Technical-Grab1814
The heat is insane you might want to start off with the mild. I tried this with wings but added a little honey to tame the heat a little
Big_Writer2484
So good! The wet jerk seasoning is always better
vasinvictor33
I like it best after 24hr marinade on bone in chicken. Good stuff
Uncle_Burney
I like to thin it out with a little lime juice, a splash of water, and a little cooking oil. Salt lightly just before the grill and it’s instant irie
nukacolaguy
I use it for chicken, it’s great!
Illustrious_Sign_872
It’s been a while since I’ve seen that stuff. As I recall, it’s hotter than hell, but soooooooo good!

And you thought shampoo burned

I haven’t tried this one, but I have had their other jerk sauce. It did have some kick to it. Not super hot, but it was tasty as fuck.
Physical_Bar_4916
Fantastic as a rub/marinade, especially on BBQ chicken, with a side of rice and peas (red beans and rice cooked with coconut milk, Jamaican style)
The_Burgled_Turt
Mix with mayo and dunk fries in it. I like to mix a bit of Grace scotch bonnet pepper sauce in as well. Life changing.
CooperSTL
Excellent jerk marinade!

I make my own spicy BBQ sauce kinda like A1 with this.
I’ll make a at home A1 sauce then add a jar of this. It’s amazing. I think they have extra spicy.
My lady ordered me like 6 of these on accident so I was experimenting with it a lot.
It’s really good with like maple syrup too for some reason.
tnseltim
Rub it on straight and marinate for 24-48 hours. This stuff is legit, it’s what the locals use in Jamaica. Not super hot though.
Sombra_Blue
Never have I ever made my own, but damn that is a good chicken. I’ll need to try
lylestyle382021
The liquid marinade is alot hotter.

I love it. I marinate tofu in it

I use this for chicken, pork, and as a marinade for beef jerky. They have a mild version too so my kids have had it as a regular meal for about 7 years now. I’ve been steadily mixing in the spicy stuff since then and I’d say they’re at about 50/50 by now.
I also make coconut rice and kidney beans to go with it.

Yes, I have bought Walkerswood Jamaican Jerk sauce many times. You got a real deal. The sauce is more like a veggie and herb paste. It’s great flavor in many dishes. Easy 8.5 – 9.

Love this stuff! I wouldn’t consider it all that spicy, but I use this for a stovetop Jamaican chicken recipe.
Fry up some chicken bits in coconut oil, dump a couple spoonfuls of this in there, garlic, ginger, pineapple juice, soy sauce, spoon of tomato paste. Simmer until sauce has thickened, serve over white rice, sprinkle with habanero powder.
One of my favorite meals to make
NinjaStiz
It’s my favorite jerk seasoning. Rub all over and inside whole chicken. Let sit in fridge overnight. Smoke the next day. The best
saltymilkmelee
Its the best. Its so flavorful but its also really spicy. Its rare to find something that can bring that level of heat without it overpowering and drowning out the flavor. Its the kind of heat where even after everything is burning and you know you might regret it later you dont want to stop because it tastes so good.
sterling_mallory
That’s one of my go-tos for baked chicken thighs. Just coat them with that, let them sit in the fridge for a few hours, and bake along with some potatoes. Throw some cheese on at the end and some fresh parsley if you have it.
Correct_Squirrel_489
Yes that’s my go to
Succotash_Narrow
yup…it’s dope
Tangible_Pineapple
Soooo good. Marinate that on some chicken for a day and throw it on the grill. High level of spice and very tasty.
Hirokage
Marinaring chicken thighs with this is awesome. I’d recommend doing same morning. Other brands overnight is fine, but I ruined a steak once, this stuff is potent.
fartlapse
my go to jerk marinate. not really spicy for me but flavor is good.
Rednop
Like everyone else said it’s a great chicken marinade, but it’s also great on pork. You can slice a pork shoulder into steaks (or get them pre-cut if your meat dept does it) and marinade them in this and grill them, bonus points for charcoal.
Rambo_Baby
I have and it’s pretty good. Pretty spicy if you add too much of it.
Healthy-Chef-2723
it’s amazing. all I have to say
Infinite-Mood-4299
This stuff is amazing. My mom used to make jerk chicken and use way too much of it when I was growing up. Burned my mouth like crazy but it helped build my spice tolerance from a young age.
Now I actually like to use it as a “secret ingredient” for my tuna salad.
Blake_TS
I use it in a number of dishes, from quesadillas to candied bacon
thats_amoore
Absolutely love it. Makes a great marinade for ribs
Operation_Felix
Disregard the suggested measurements on the back of the bottle, rub that stuff all over your chicken. Also, you GOTTA grill it, especially over charcoal. It unlocks something in the flavor that the oven just doesn’t bring out.
