I thought pizza season started on January 1st and ended on December 31st?
The pizza looks great. I have an Ooni 16 pro as well. Can you let me know your preheat process? I am using the gas burner with the pizza door but have had so much trouble getting the stone temps correct that I cook mostly in the home oven on a steel. I would love to figure out how to dial in the Ooni to use it more. TIA
