When you eat out a restaurants, it becomes very difficult to count calories. You never know if the person making the food used even close to the amount of ingredients that are in the nutrition information on their website. My favorite example of this is Chipotle. One person in line gets 300 grams of rice and the next person gets 150.

If that’s the whole size of it, I believe it. It looks like a very small portion, it tasting good doesn’t add more calories, and 370 kcal is still a lot for such a small portion.

I would assume they mean 370kcal for half of the portion. Cheese adds up quickly…

I would estimate 350 on the bread and cheese. So add the ham and if any sauce is on. I would think higher than 370

To be on safe side I’d count the sandwich as 500 cal alone.

No way thats 370. Id say closer to 500-600 for the sandwich.

It reminds me of this cheesy Texas toast I have. It’s 170 calories for each slice. It seems like there’s two of those, I would round it to 400-450 calories just to be safe
