Nespresso help

The black pod holder has to prongs with a spring, one of the prongs broke off. The pod holder does not stay in place now.
I called Nespresso and they say the part cannot be replaced. That is crazy to me! You can literally just pop the new one in if you had it.

Did anyone have this issue, of so what did you do?

Any 3d printed ones?
