Ingredients: 2 cooked chicken breasts. 2 -3 stalks celery minced. 1 small red onion minced. Kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper. 1/3 cup mayonnaise. 1/3 cup plain yogurt or sour cream. 2 tsp dijon mustard. (Optional)1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped. Tip: use a stand mixer with a paddle to shred chicken breast.
Mix all the ingredients and you can substitute any herbs and red onioin.

Costco is awesome for budget food, but only if you can afford the initial expense which far too few people can.
I wonder if Costco can sponsor a costco food coop.

I don’t like Costco sandwiches bc that cheese be so thick. when my grandma would bring lunch it would be a spiral wrap with that thick cheese

I love these croissants so much. Eggs and cheese sandwiches, with Nutella, and any that go stale make outstanding bread pudding.
