    It’s how I make it. Just needs garlic. I lightly toast a combo of finely chopped garlic and coarsely chopped garlic then add the mushrooms and onions. Cook down til the onions are translucent and lightly browned.

    Set aside then brown the beef in the pan add back veggies and sauce/spices and then start cooking down the whole batch minimum 45 min simmer.
