Made it, I forgot how easy it is! Served on sourdough toast with paper thin (mandolined) cucumber and red peppers topped with sliced Kalamata olives!!!

I love making my own hummus! All the companies on my grocery shelves support terrible causes with their money so it’s nice to be able to DYI and avoid them.

Whenever I see anyone making hummus I get all contemplative over the fact that they have just made something that people have been making for 9000(ish) years. How cool is that?! Kinda beautiful if you ask me!

Ok my beef with tahini is it’s so expensive and I never use the full container so it feels wasteful. 😩 Looks delicious, though.
