    Two things (my opinion):

First, contact KJ customer support about the warranty of this. All ceramics are lifetime warranty of the grill. They will send you new parts for ceramics.

Second, while you wait for the new ceramic ring, continue to use it as is if you’re able to get it back together without it falling apart.

If youre grilling its not a problem at all. Its only when your BBQing that its challenging. Youll have more air flowing than you want making it hard to keep the temp low.

I’m in the UK, had the exact same issue which I discovered while doing a fire clean a couple weeks ago and was sent a new part the same day. Excellent customer car from the KJ team. I’ve got my new only lined up but using the old one still while it’s still working.

Mine has been cracked exactly like this for nearly 10 years. Use it all the time. Still holding on.

Honestly even if you buy it new from kamado joe, it’s like $37.
