Having a few issues with my older pro 780 wifi. The biggest being when it is running it just stops feeding pellets, the temperature craters or it just shuts off prematurely.

So I ripped it apart and cleaned it. Auger is free and clear.

I found one broken and two damaged wires on one of the connectors and will repair those.

My big question is, how does this motor stay in place?

It has set screws on the auger assembly and rubber bushings on the motor housing. They clearly are meant to make contact but there’s nothing to hold the motor up.

TIA
