Hey now!  One of our favorites here at the radio station got national recognition from a food website naming it the place to go for the best lasagna.

If you know Patty B’s, you already know how amazing their food is.  They make everything from scratch and you can taste it.

Patty Barish is the owner of this restaurant and to serve us amazing food is in her blood.  Her parents owned a very successful restaurant, Gino’s, in Needham, Mass.  Patty learned how to cook from her family.  All those Italian recipes thankfully have been passed down to her and we get to enjoy them.

On their website, Patty says;

My Dream Come True

Lovefood.com chose Patty B’s for the best lasagna in the entire state.  Here’s what they had to say:

Its meaty Cinder Block lasagna impresses customers and is made totally from scratch, including the pasta and marinara sauce. What’s more, the portion size is huge, and it comes with garlic bread

This Dover, NH Chef Loves to Feed People

Patty’s place is about 5 minutes from the radio stations, so we go as often as we can here, but sometimes, she comes to us.  I remember the day she came in with a HUGE sub for one of the on-air personalities.  It was a happy day for all here at the station!

Patty B’s has also been featured on America’s Best Restaurants where they sampled the Penne Ala Vodka.  He started singing “That’s Amore” at the first bite. He also tried the eggplant / chicken parm combo. Delicious!

I’m sorry (not sorry) if this is making you hungry.  If it did, then mission accomplished.  You have to go try Patty B’s in Dover.  Go for the food and you’ll come back for the people.  It’s one of our favorite places here.

OH, do NOT skip dessert.
