ingredients:-
500 g mince + 50 g fat ( i have used buffalo mince, you may use chicken or mutton as well )
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp cumin powder
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder or grated garlic
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
½ cardamom powder
100 g curd keep on strainer for 30 min
½ cup grated onion
1 tbsp ghee or butter or oil
½ cup red or green bell pepper
¼ cup coriander leaves
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp corn flour or all purpose flour or 1 egg white
tomato and green chilli ( optional )

Sauce:-
¼ cup curd
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ tsp each salt and pepper
1 garlic clove grated

Salad
cabbage
cucumber
onion
salt and pepper

    Doner kebab is never made from minced meet, ever. And kebab is either BBQ'd or fried and not baked
    So don't call it kebab
