AJS Experiences Curates Immersive Dining at Taj Rambagh Palace
Immersive experiences company AJS Experiences was launched on 28 February 2026 by founder Arushi J Sancheti at the iconic Taj Rambagh Palace in Jaipur.
The brand introduced its first concept, The Grain Awakening, an intimate sensory dining experience curated for a distinguished gathering of HNIs, tastemakers, and media.
The evening began with an elegant high tea gathering at Sancheti House, where guests socialised before entering individually designed seating pods created to evoke calm and privacy.
Set against a nature-inspired environment with foliage and handpan music, the setting encouraged guests to slow down and engage deeply with the experience.
The journey began with an olfactory activation, where personalised fragrances were created for each guest based on personality archetypes.
The highlight of the evening was an eight-course gourmet dinner, designed around ancient grains and clean-living principles. The entirely vegan and gluten-free menu was crafted by Arushi J Sancheti in collaboration with the culinary team at Rambagh Palace.
Each course followed a structured sensory sequence balancing flavour, texture and timing.
The immersive soundscape of the evening was conceptualised by Arushi J Sancheti and executed by Luke Coutinho, creating an audio experience integrated with the meal.
